阿维拉霉素(Avilamycin)又被称为卑霉素、阿美拉霉素、肥拉霉素，属寡糖类抗生素，主要抑制革兰氏阳性菌，是一种新型的消化促进剂和代谢调节剂。阿维拉霉素有诸多优点，比如结构独特，安全性高，低残留，**小，且不存在交叉耐药性，容易降解，对环境污染小，易加工。由于阿维拉霉素可以提高畜禽对饲料中蛋白质的利用率，提高饲料转化率，且基本无药残现象，因此作为饲料添加剂，广泛添加使用在畜禽饲料中。目前，在世界上主要的养殖业国家，例如欧盟、日本、巴西，阿维拉霉素应用广泛。

[Direction for Use] Avilamycin has an antibacterial effect mainly on Gram-positive bacteria and a growth promoting effect on chickens (Including Broilers) and pigs. It is used to increase rate of weight gain and impoved feed efficiency in broiler chickens, pigs. Prevention and treatment of necrotic enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens in broiler chickens. [Mode of action] As an oligosaccharide antibiotic, Avilamycin principally have antibacterial effect on Gram-positive bacteria. It can help improve the absorption of glucose in the intestines of pigs and chickens, increase the production of volatile fatty acids, and reduce the lactic acid production, thereby promoting the growth of pigs and chickens. Avilamycin clinically can be used to prevent and treat Necrotic Enteritis associated with clostridium perfringens in broilers and provide effective assist control for the occurrence and deterioration of E. coli-induced diarrhea in weaned piglets, while reducing the production of surface adhesion of fimbriae of Escherichia coli; The reduction of bacteria’s adhesive fimbriae inhibits their adhesion to intestinal mucosa and alleviates intestinal damage, thereby controlling the incidence of diarrhea and improving the growth performance index of livestock. Thanks to its oral administration, Avilamycin is hardly absorbed by the intestines, which brings about an extremely low residue in animal tissues. [Indications] Improvement in the average daily gain and return rate on feed of pigs and broilers; prevention necrotic enteritis caused by clostridium perfringens in broilers; adjuvant control over weaned piglets diarrhea caused by e. coli-induced. 苦参提取物

[植物来源].本品系从豆科槐属植物苦豆子果实或地上部分提取的一种生物碱。 [别名]母菊碱，a-苦参碱，cis-matrine [分子式及分子量] C15H24N2O；；248.36 [物理性质]本品高含量为白色针状结晶或结晶性粉末，低含量为黄褐色粉末；无臭，味苦；久置露空气中，有引湿性，并变为淡黄色。本品在乙醇、氯仿、甲苯、苯中极易溶解，在丙酮中易溶，在水中溶解，在热水、石油醚中略溶。 [药理作用] 1.抗癌：对小鼠艾氏腹水癌体内外均有效，对S180有显著抑制作用。治疗指数较高，约1/30和1/60。 2.**;LD50小鼠腹腔注射为150mg/kg，大鼠腹腔注射125mg/kg。 3.临床：用于治疗宫颈癌、胃癌、肝癌及胆囊癌等有一定疗效。
