用途 Usage
三仲丁基硼氢化锂是一种高选择性的强还原剂。用于酮的非对称选择还原得到醇，也可用于烯酮的1,4共轭加成还原得到酮或醇，用于选择性还原环外丙烯腈衍生物的共轭双键和碘化物。对于二酯、脱卤单环嘧啶、重排5-三甲基甲硅烷基**和脱保护的N-甲它也是一种有效的去对称内消旋试剂。在低温条件下可有效还原共轭羰基化合物。
This product is a high stereoselective reducing agent. It has been used for the diastereoselective reduction of the ketones to give the alcohol. It can be also used for selective 1,4- addition of the enones to provide ketones or alcohols. It is used for selective reduction of the conjugated double bonds of cyclic acrylonitrile derivatives and iodide. It was also found to be an efficient reagent for the mesomerize reaction of diesters, dehalogenation of monocyclic Pyrimidine, rearrangement of 5-trimethylsilyl **, and deprotection of N-carbomethoxy-substituted opioids to N-noropioids. At low temperatures, it can effectively reduce conjugated carbonyl compounds.
