Application

It is a linked line, specially used for filling, drying/sterilizing, sealing of injectable glass ampoules.

The line consists of three main parts,

Washing machine
Depyrogenization tunnel
Fill & seal monoblock

1. Rotary Ampoule Washer

Rotary Ampoule Washer is specially designed for all kinds of ampoule bottle, vial and oral liquid bottle automatic cleaning. It adopts vertical rotary design and manipulator to clamp and turn over the bottle. The principle of ultrasonic cleaning and **-alternating-gas ejection flushing can meet the requirement of cleaning the bottle one by one.

STANDARD FEATURES

Machine stops and alarm arises in case of low temperature of WFI and/or recycled **.
Machine stops and alarm arises in case of low pressure of ** and/or air.
Current of ultrasonic generator is displayed. Should failure happens machine stops and alarm arises.
Pressure of ** and air is recorded in-line and is digitally displayed.

2. Depyrogenization Tunnel Dryer

Depyrogenization Tunnel Dryer is mainly used for drying and sterilizing with hot air, to eliminate pyrogens inside glassware like ampoule, vails, etc.

3. Fill & Seal Monoblock

This machine is mainly used for filling and sealing of ampoules under sterile conditions. Ampoule is conveyed via conveyor belt to the in-feed worm and transferred by indexing wheel into filling station for filling and afterwards to sealing station for sealing by flames. Nitrogen gas purging provisions before filling and/or after-filling is available as options.

SQUARE CONE BLENDER

Application It is a novel material mixer extensively used in the metallurgical, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light and feed industries. This machine can mixer powder or granules very evenly, the mixed materials can reach the best effect. Working principle Materials are charged into a closed square-cone mixing barrel. The symmetrical axes of hopper and the axes of rotating shaft form an included angle. V BLENDER

The V-Blender (also known as a twin shell blender) is one of the most commonly used tumbling blenders, which rely upon the action of gravity to cause the powder to cascade within a rotating vessel. The V-Blender is made of two hollow cylindrical shells joined at an angle of 75° to 90°. The blender container is mounted on trunnions to allow it to tumble. As the V-blender tumbles, the material continuously splits and recombines, with the mixing occurring as the material free-falls randomly inside the vessel. The repetitive converging and diverging motion of material combined with increased frictional contact between the material and the vessel's long, straight sides result in gentle yet homogenous blending.
