德谷胰岛素是一种超长效胰岛素，活性类似于内源性人胰岛素，用于治疗1型和2型糖尿病引起的高血糖。德谷胰岛素B链经酰化修饰并切除一个末尾苏氨酸后，在生理pH值下具有活性，其作用持续时间被显著延长至42小时。

本品由能高效表达德谷胰岛素的大肠杆菌菌株经发酵而来，纯度高，内毒素含量极低，且不含任何动物源性病原体。

Insulin degludec is an ultra-long-acting insulin with activity similar to that of endogenous human insulin and is used to treat hyperglycemia caused by type 1 and type 2 diabetes. After acylation of the B-chain and removal of a terminal threonine, insulin degludec is active at physiological pH and its duration of action is significantly prolonged to 42 hours.

Virtu Pharmako utilizes E. coli strains to produce insulin degludec. It has extremely low endotoxin content with high purity，and does not contain any animal-derived pathogens.

门冬胰岛素是一种速效人胰岛素类似物，活性类似内源性人胰岛素，其B链28位脯氨酸替换为天冬氨酸后其起效时间大幅缩短至约15分钟，持续时间约3-5小时。可用于治疗1型和2型糖尿病，以改善成人和儿童的血糖控制。本品由能高效表达门冬胰岛素的大肠杆菌菌株经发酵而来，纯度高，内毒素含量极低，且不含任何动物源性病原体。Insulin Aspart is a fast-acting human insulin with activity similar to that of endogenous human insulin, and its onset of action is dramatically shortened to about 15 minutes and its duration is about 3-5 hours by substituting aspart amino acids for the pro amino acids at position 28 of the B-chain. It can be used for the treatment of type 1 and type 2 diabetes to improve glycemic control in adults and children.Virtu Pharmako utilizes E. coli strains to produce insulin aspart. It has extremely low endotoxin content with high purity, and does not contain any animal-derived pathogens.

重组人胰岛素 / Recombinant Human Insulin

胰岛素是由胰脏内的胰岛β细胞受内源性或外源性物质如葡萄糖、胰高血糖素等的刺激而分泌的一种蛋白质激素，可调节细胞对葡萄糖、氨基酸和脂肪酸的摄取、利用和储存，并抑制糖原、蛋白质和脂肪的分解。恒敬的重组人胰岛素由含有可高效表达人胰岛素基因的大肠杆菌菌株发酵而来，其与天然胰岛素有相同的结构和功能，可调节糖代谢，促进肝脏、骨骼和脂肪组织对葡萄糖的摄取和利用，促进葡萄糖转变为糖原贮存于肌肉和肝脏内，并抑制糖原异生。Insulin is a protein hormone secreted by pancreatic β-cells in the pancreas stimulated by endogenous or exogenous substances such as glucose glucagon, etc. It regulates cellular uptake, utilization, and storage of glucose, amino acids, and fatty acids, and inhibits catabolism of gluconeogenesis, proteins, and fats.Virtu Pharmako utilizes E. coli strains to produce recombinant human insulin, it has the same structure and function as natural insulin, and can regulate glucose metabolism, promote the uptake and utilization of glucose by liver, bone and adipose tissue, promote the conversion of glucose into glycogen for storage in muscle and liver, and inhibit glycogen isomerization.
