Process flow

Tube Filling and Sealing Machine

Features
The tube is automaticallypressed into the tube holder. The elastic tension type tube holder is adopted to guarantee the consistent sealing height. Theautomatic color mark adjusting systems by stepping driving tube holder is adopted for oval tubes or other special-shaped tubes. The internal wall of tube adopts hot air sealing and the external wall of tube adopts cooling water circulative cooling, which can beautiful sealing effect. The fan is adopted to discharge the poisonous gas produced during the heating outside the room. After the sealing,the wind cooling system is adopted to prevent the heat from being conducted to the ointment.

Suppository Production Line
Introduction

The cooling system of this machine adopts the latest circulating water cooling technology, which can solve the phenomenon of slag falling off and easy fracture when the medicine is torn apart. The temperature is adjustable.
The cooled solid suppository enters the sealing area: heating sealing mold (sealing) marking mold (batch number) hob (trimming the top) counting shear.
