糜蛋白酶

概述
糜蛋白酶又称为胰凝乳蛋白酶，是从牛（猪）的新鲜胰腺中提取分离出的肽链内切酶。呈白色、微黄色结晶或无定形粉末，易溶于水，不溶于有机溶剂。相对分子质量24000，最适PH8~9。干态稳定，水溶液中会迅速失活，以PH3~4的水溶液为最稳定。作用于蛋白质时，优先水解L-酪氨酸和L-苯丙氨酸的羧基所形成的肽键。

用途
Ø 临床用于一般创伤或手术后创口愈合、抗炎，防止局部水肿、积血、扭伤血肿、乳房手术后局部肿胀、中耳炎、鼻炎等；用于白内障摘除、松解睫肌韧带、减少襄肿破裂和视网膜损伤。
除此之外，和胰蛋白酶联合使用，做为广普消炎药。
Ø 作为抗菌素和杀菌药物的辅助用药，广泛应用于动物用药及动物保健领域。
